NEX-SEAL (CEMETIOUS BASE COATING)

Cementitious waterproofing is a cement-based material used to protect structures from water damage.It’s applied to the surface of a building to create a barrier that prevents water from penetrating.Cementitious waterproofing is made from cement, sand, and additives like latex or polymer.

It’s often used in the following applications:

  • Water Tanks Water reservoirs
  • Water retaining structures
  • Beneath tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and swimming pools

NEX-FLEX

NEXFLEX is a solar heat reflective, white colored one-part elastomeric co-polymer (SEBS based) liquid rubber coating modified for excellent 500 + elongation, tensile strength, UV resistance and exceptional weathering characteristics. A solar reflectance index (SRI) of 102 the white colored helps reduce energy costs by reflecting heat away from the roof surface.
